Sneaker outlet in Brussels: Geox, Ecco, Voile Blanche, Valentino and a huge choice
Sneaker outlet Brussels: at Outlet Chaussures Bruxelles, on Place du Jeu de Balle in the Marolles, sneakers fill entire racks from floor to ceiling. You will find sneakers and trainers for women, men and kids from Geox, Ecco, Voile Blanche and Valentino, new and in their original box, at fixed outlet prices. Below we introduce each brand and explain how to find the right size and how to spot a good buy in the shop.
Sneaker outlet Brussels: what you will find
Sneakers are the best-stocked section of the shop. White leather sneakers for every day, suede or textile models, more colourful trainers, understated pairs that work at the office: the choice is very wide, in sizes as well as in models. There are pairs for women, for men and for kids.
All our sneakers are new, in their original box, and come from the recent collections of large retail chains. We buy them in bulk in Italy, directly from those chains, and sell them in our shop in Brussels at discount prices. These are fixed, permanent prices, all year round, with no temporary promotions. Depending on the brand and model, expect to pay from about €20 to €150.

For kids, the Geox sneakers sit next to those of the Italian brands Naturino and Primigi. You can see an overview of the whole section on our sneakers page. How our shop works, from our buying in Italy to our prices, is explained in our article on the shoe outlet in Brussels.
Geox and Ecco: everyday comfort
Geox is an Italian brand known for its breathable sole: the idea is to let moisture out of the shoe without letting water in. It is often described as “the shoe that breathes”. In our shop, Geox sneakers line up on long stacks of boxes, in leather, suede or textile depending on the model.
These are sneakers for the city, for an office with a relaxed dress code, for travelling and for long days on foot over Brussels cobblestones. They come for women, men and kids. For everything about the brand, including its jackets, read our article on Geox at outlet prices.
Ecco is a Danish brand, known for its soft leather and comfort designed for long days. Its leather sneakers have a clean line: a neat upper, a sturdy sole and colours that are easy to combine. They go with jeans as well as chinos.

Comfortable does not mean medical: if you have problems with your feet, see a doctor or podiatrist before you choose. You can read more about the Danish brand in our article on Ecco.
Voile Blanche and Valentino: Italian style
Voile Blanche is an Italian brand of premium sneakers. People choose it for the design: carefully shaped lines, quality materials and details that give character to a simple outfit. It is the sneaker you wear with dark denim, suit trousers or a dress.
Valentino means Italian sneakers you recognise by the V logo. In the shop they fill entire shelves, in several colours, from understated white models to bolder versions. As with any branded pair, check the logo, the box and the label before you buy: they should all match the shoe.

In short, these are the sneaker brands you will find in our shop:
| Brand | Origin | What to remember |
|---|---|---|
| Geox | Italy | Breathable sole, sneakers for women, men and kids |
| Ecco | Denmark | Soft leather, comfort for long days |
| Voile Blanche | Italy | Premium sneakers with a refined design |
| Valentino | Italy | Sneakers recognisable by the V logo |
| Naturino and Primigi | Italy | Sneakers for kids |
All our brands are introduced on our brands page.
Sizes and widths
We carry a very wide range of sizes for women, men and kids, but not every model comes in every size. Each brand also has its own fit: a 42 from one brand does not always feel like a 42 from another. Start from your usual size and, if in doubt, try the next size as well.
Do you know your size in UK or US sizing, or would you like to measure your foot at home? Our shoe size conversion chart gives the matching European sizes.
Width matters as much as length. Some sneakers have a narrower shape, others are roomier at the front, and a textile or suede upper is often softer than smooth leather. If you have wide feet, try several brands side by side: it is the best way to feel the difference.
For a child, allow a little room at the front, roughly a thumb’s width, and come and try the shoes on together. The kids’ section is shown on our children’s shoes page.
How to choose in the shop and spot a good buy
A sneaker has to be tried on, which is why we only sell in our shop. Bring the kind of socks you will wear with them. Always try on the full pair, then check these five points:
- Your toes have room at the front and do not touch the tip.
- Your heel stays in place when you walk and does not slip.
- The laces close well without the upper pressing on your instep.
- The sole bends at the front, where your foot bends, not in the middle.
- After walking up and down the aisle a few times, nothing rubs or pinches.
A good buy is more than a low price. Check that the original box and the label match the pair, that the stitching is even, that no glue shows at the edges and that both shoes carry the same size. The label also lists the material of the upper, the lining and the sole. To go further, read our guide on how to choose sneakers.
The shop is at Place du Jeu de Balle 40, on the flea market square, about a quarter of an hour on foot from Brussels-Midi (South) station. We are open every day from 9.30 am to 4 pm, Sundays included. Come and try several pairs side by side: walking up and down the aisle is how you will know which one is right. For directions by metro, tram, bus or car, see our shop and directions page.
