Shoe outlet in Brussels: how our store at Place du Jeu de Balle works
Shoe outlet Brussels: looking for a store where the low prices do not depend on the time of year? Outlet Chaussures Bruxelles is at Place du Jeu de Balle 40, in the heart of the Marolles, selling new branded shoes at outlet prices, open every day from 9.30 am to 4 pm. On this page we explain what an outlet is, how we buy our shoes, what you will find on our shelves and how to reach us.
What is a shoe outlet?
An outlet is a shop that sells new, branded shoes at a price clearly below what a regular shoe shop charges. The difference lies not in the quality of the shoe but in how the shop buys its stock: in large quantities, directly from major players, with few overheads. Customers find models from recent collections, in the original box, and pay considerably less. That is what makes branded shoes affordable without touching their quality.
Every pair we sell is new and has never been worn. You receive the manufacturer’s box, the label and your receipt, which gives you the legal guarantee just as in any other shop. If you want to understand exactly what sets an outlet apart from other low-price formats, we explain it in our article on what an outlet store is.
How we buy: in bulk, in Italy
Our method is simple. We buy our shoes in large quantities in Italy, directly from major retail chains. These chains make room for their next collections and sell large volumes in one go. That volume gives us terms a small independent shoe shop cannot get.
The shoes then arrive at our store on Place du Jeu de Balle, where we sell them on a slim margin. No extra middlemen, no expensive high-street premises, no large advertising campaigns: what we save shows up on the price tag. You will find the full explanation on our page How our outlet works.

Because we buy complete lots, the same model often sits on our shelves in a long run of sizes. For you, that means a real chance of finding your size, including the sizes that go quickly elsewhere.
What you will find with us: women, men, children and Geox jackets
Our store is for the whole family. The shelves reach the ceiling and are full of boxes. You will find:
- Women’s shoes: sneakers and trainers, boots and ankle boots, sandals, smart shoes, loafers.
- Men’s shoes: leather sneakers, dress shoes, boots, lace-ups.
- Children’s shoes: first steps, school shoes, trainers, ankle boots, sandals.
- Geox jackets: jackets, down jackets and coats.
As for brands, we keep to a short, constant selection: Geox, Ecco, Naturino, Primigi, Valentino and Voile Blanche. Geox is known for its breathable sole, Ecco for its soft, comfortable leather, Naturino and Primigi for their Italian children’s shoes, Voile Blanche and Valentino for their Italian sneakers with a distinctive style. You will find a presentation of each brand on our brands page, and a full tour of our trainers in our article on the sneaker outlet in Brussels.

The Geox jackets deserve a separate mention: new jackets and coats from the brand, bought the same way as our shoes. For everything about the brand, from the breathable sole to the jackets, read our article on Geox at outlet prices.
Fixed outlet prices, all year round
Our prices range from about €20 to €150 a pair, depending on brand and model. They are fixed, permanent prices: what is on the tag today is what it says in January, in July and in October. We run no temporary promotions, no discount periods and no countdowns.
That stability follows directly from how we buy. Because we buy in bulk on good terms, we can sell low permanently, without waiting for a particular moment to drop prices. For you it is simple: you come when you need shoes, you pay the price on the tag, and you never have to wonder whether you should have waited.
One practical piece of advice follows from this: if you see your model in your size, take it. Our deliveries depend on the lots we find in Italy, and a model that goes is not always replaced by the same one.
Trying on and choosing in the store
We sell in the store only, and that is a deliberate choice. Shoes need to be tried on: the width of your foot, the height of your instep and the thickness of your socks all affect the fit. Our shelves are organised by brand and type, the boxes are within reach, and we are happy to help you find another size or colour.
- Always try on both shoes and walk a few steps down the aisle.
- Wear the socks or tights you will actually wear with the shoes.
- Shopping for a child? Bring them along: a size on a box is no substitute for a fitting.
- Keep your receipt: you will need it for the legal guarantee.
If you have pain or a specific foot problem, see a doctor or podiatrist first; we will then gladly help you find a model that matches their advice. Drop in whenever suits you: no appointment is needed, and trying shoes on in the store remains the simplest way to be sure of your choice.

Shoe outlet Brussels: frequently asked questions
Are the shoes in an outlet new?
Yes. All our shoes are new, never worn, and sold in their original box with the label. They come from recent collections of major Italian chains from which we buy in bulk.
Why are your prices lower than in a regular shoe shop?
Because we buy in large quantities directly in Italy and sell from a single store with low overheads. We have no middlemen and no expensive advertising, and that difference shows in the price.

No. Our outlet prices are fixed all year round; there is no temporary promotion and no date to watch for. You simply come on the day you need shoes.
