On this page we explain how our shoe outlet in Brussels works and why you will find branded shoes here at prices that stay low all year round. No online shop and no temporary promotions: just full shelves and fixed outlet prices.

Buying in bulk in Italy

It all starts with the buying. We purchase our shoes in bulk in Italy, directly from major retail chains. Because we take whole lots rather than a few pairs per model, we get better purchase prices.

Fixed outlet prices, all year round

Our prices are permanent. They apply in January, in July and in every other month, to every customer who walks in. There is no particular period to wait for and no leaflet to watch out for.

In concrete terms, our prices range from roughly €20 to €150 a pair, depending on the brand and the model. No crossed-out prices and no percentages: the price you see is the price you pay. New shoes in the original box

All our shoes are new and have never been worn. They come from recent collections of the chains we buy from and are sold in their original box. You receive a receipt with every purchase.

On our shelves you therefore find the same brand, the same model and the same box as in a regular shoe shop. Only the price is different. Our brands are Geox, Ecco, Naturino, Primigi, Valentino and Voile Blanche; each one is introduced on our Our brands page.

A very wide choice, to try on in the store

Because we buy by the lot, a model is often available in a long run of sizes. The shelves reach up to the ceiling, stacked with boxes for women, men and children. Here is what you will find:

• sneakers and trainers for every day, from Geox and Ecco to Voile Blanche and Valentino;
• dress shoes for work, a wedding or a party;
• boots and ankle boots for autumn and winter;
• sandals and light shoes for summer;
• children’s shoes by Naturino, Primigi and Geox;
• Geox jackets and coats for women and men.

We sell in the store only, and that is deliberate. The fit differs from brand to brand and from model to model: a shoe has to be tried on. Take a few boxes off the shelf at your own pace, walk a few steps along the aisle, and you will know straight away whether the pair fits.

Guarantee and exchanges

Shoes bought from us are covered by the legal guarantee, as in any shop in Belgium. Keep your receipt: it is your proof of purchase.

Yes. Every pair is new, never worn and sold in its original box. The shoes come from recent collections of major retail chains from which we buy in bulk in Italy.

Because we buy in large quantities directly in Italy, at better prices. That advantage is reflected in our outlet prices, which are fixed all year round.

Can I exchange a pair for another size?

Yes, ask at the till with your receipt and with shoes that have not been worn. We will explain how it works. The legal guarantee applies as in any shop.
